Founder, researcher and social media noise maker, Annie G. When you start a project with APL, Annie is often a first contact. She will get to the core needs and wants of your project and help you pinpoint area that need support. Most formulation research also starts with Annie. Her care and attention to trends, details and ingredients will help you create a unique and efficacious product to bring to market. She is rarely seen without her Pomeranian, Sprinkles.
Business Development
Margarita S. Is our director of business development. She helps small businesses grow into big businesses! Her international network is invaluable to small beauty founders looking to scale up and expand into new markets. She is also head of the Canadian Cosmetic Cluster and is deeply plugged into the European beauty world. Her project management skills help entrepreneurs scale up on budget and on time.
Operations Manager
Stacy U. keeps APL running smooth and tight. She keeps our regulatory process current and compliant, manages our logistics team and oversees all manufacturing. Her organization skills and preparation is unparalleled. These valuable skills and hard work are reflected daily in the workings of our company.
Chief Chemist
Lesia K. oversees our formulation and production lab. She leads a team of 6 in Formulation, GMP, Product Safety and Innovation. She has a Masters Degree in Chemistry and has spent over 10 years specializing in surfactant systems.
Director of Accounts
Cheryl M. heads up our team of 4 account managers. She is a pro at staying in the know so our clients have full transparency in their projects. Her contagious positivity keeps motivation and spirits high through all the twists and turns of starting and running a business. She brings valuable experience and insight from her years at Aveda, Club Med, BMW as well as her own successful Beauty Business!
